Oblast istraživanja: Detekcija, identifikacija i karakterizacija patogena riba. Bolesti riba – nadzor, kontrola, profilaksa i razvoj dijagnostičkih metoda. Razvoj vakcina. Biološka kontrola – ispitivanje antimikrobne aktivnosti bioloških agenasa. Detekcija i identifikacija invazivnih patogena u akvakulturi. Karakterizacija patogena, epizootiologija i zdravstvena zaštita riba.
