As part of the PAU project, financed by the European Union and managed by the European Agency for Reconstruction (EAR), the construction of a laboratory of the third biosafety level (BL3) for the diagnosis of particularly dangerous animal diseases and bovine spongioform encephalopathy (BSE) was perfected.
The development of the technological project was entrusted to the company “Hemofarm engineering” and the revision of the project was done by an expert group from the Republic of Ireland. The tender procedure for the preparation of the Master Construction Plan, which is in the final stage, has been launched.
