Brief description of the training: The training consists of a theoretical and practical part and includes:
- Equipment and reagents necessary for working with cell lines,
- Acquisition and maintenance of cell lines (types and types of cell lines, growth conditions, environmental conditions, media and additives),
- Maintenance of cell lines,
- Virus isolation, preparation of inoculation material, preparation of cell line for inoculation, blind passages, CPE
- Virus titration, VNT
