Brief description of the training: The training consists of a theoretical and practical part and includes:
- Good laboratory practice
- Selection of a test method
- Preparation of the substrate
- Sample preparation and seeding
- Confirmation of food safety microorganisms/hygiene microorganisms in the production process
- Interpretation of results
- Microbiological control of the used substrates
